Conditions of the Competition in the nominations "Violin, Cello".
The competition is open to young musicians aged between 16 and 32 years (inclusive on November 26, 2013 ).
To participate in the Competition, candidates have to send an application for participation
until November 10, 2013.
The application must include :
• Full name, date and year of birth, complete address of registration and postal address (for contacts), phone number, e-mail.
• Name of the institution.
• Teacher’s full name.
• Concertmaster’s full name.
• Executable program.
The application shall be accompanied by:
• Copy of passport pages that contain information about the age and nationality of the participant.
• Copy of diploma of music education; for students – a letter from an institute.
• Curriculum Vitae ( CV ) .
• 2 photos (6x9 cm) of good quality with full name of participant and signature on the back.
• Recommendation of the institution (or two well-known musicians).
• Copy of diploma of the winner of other competitions (if available).
• Copy of tax identification number and pension insurance certificate (if available).
If the documents are not submitted in full or late, they will not be considered.
All applicants admitted to the competition receive a formal invitation.
Competition will be held in two rounds in period from November, 26 to December, 2, 2013.
Contest’s participants perform in first and second rounds with their accompanists .
The Organizing Committee may provide its concertmaster upon prior request.
The list of obligatory musical compositions indicated in the program requirements .

Financial conditions:
Admission fee:
2000 rubles for participants from Russia .
2500 rubles for participants from other countries.
Participants pay an entrance fee pay at check at the competition.
Without payment of the admission fee the participants are not allowed to competitive auditions.
If the candidate refuses to participate in the competition or don’t appear to the beginning of listening, the entrance fee will not be refundable.
Transit of the competitors and accompanists to Moscow and back , as well as their room and board (hotel, per diem) is carried out at its own expense ( or is paid by the sending organization).
The Organizing Committee asks the participants to inform in advance about the date and time of arrival.
The organizing committee assists the participants , teachers and accompanying persons in the providing of hotel (on request ) , and provides a formal invitation to foreign participant to obtain visas.
The signing of the application for participation in the competition means that you accept all terms and conditions of the competition.
The order of competition
The jury is formed by the Organizing Committee. The jury consists from well-know figures in the field musical art.
The competition takes place in two rounds (I - qualifying , II - final) .
The order of appearance of contestants in each category is determined by draw before the first round and kept until the end of the competition. All auditions are held in public.
All compositions should be performed from memory.
A replacement of part of the competition program is permitted only at the request of the participant, and in agreement with the jury.
The order of performing of the program’s parts in each round is determined by the participant .
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to broadcast all auditions and the final concert on radio and television , the exclusive right to the audio -video record of the contest, release CDs.
The final concert of the winners of the competition and the closing ceremony will be held on December 2, 2013 .
The members of the jury in each category have the right to choose the form of the participants' evaluation (open or secret ballot) .
The decision of the jury at all stages of the competition is final and not subject to revision .
The jury reserves the right to: not to award all the prizes and diplomas; divide one prize among the participants of the contest; redistribute award up to a total award fund.
The winners are awarded with titles of laureates and winners of the competition.
Each participant will be given a ten minute rehearsal.
Winners of the competition can take part in the final concert by the decision of the jury.
